If your child is sick, or otherwise cannot attend a session, please contact the Education department as soon as possible by phone or email. If your child becomes ill while at Writers Theatre, the teaching artist, or another member of the Writers Theatre staff, will contact you via the phone numbers that you provided when registering your child.

Parents must come to the child’s classroom in order to pick up early.
If Writers Theatre is going to cancel a class due to inclement weather, or any other reason, the Education department will contact each student’s parents via the phone number and/or email address provided by the parent during registration. Please note that Writers Theatre typically will record this message only in the event of a cancellation. We will also post cancellations on the homepage of the website in the updates section.
